- Non-satisfaction: If the delivered work is not as per the agreed specifications and after reasonable revisions, the client may request a partial or full refund, depending on the work completed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If a client decides not to proceed with the project after work has begun but without fault on our part, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
- Completed Projects: Once the project is delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be provided.
- Revision Requests: If revisions or changes outside the original scope are requested, these are chargeable and non-refundable.
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by third-party services (such as stock images, voice-over services, or music licenses) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Approval and Processing: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases where significant work has been completed before cancellation, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the proportion of work completed and the resources spent up to the cancellation date.
5. Disputes
If a client disputes the outcome of the refund process, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. However, Motion Graphics Pro reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds.
